Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Tammy has been passionate about travel, fashion, and leadership from an early age and has created a life that mirrors her passion.

Tammy has travelled extensively throughout England, Scotland, Netherlands, France and Switzerland, and attended the University of Oxford, England. Living in such diverse cultures has enhanced Tammy’s understanding of people, their customs, and their cuisine. These experiences led her to write her first book, Taste of Humanity.

A sought after conference and seminar speaker and the president of Total Life Coach, LLC, Tammy finds beauty in the diversity of life. In addition to being an inspiration to many as a life coach, Tammy is also a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor. her skills and experience as a coach and trainer led her to write her second book, Every Night Is A Friday Night.

Tammy and her husband Phil, reside in Orange County, California. They have three adult children.
